Our classes are conducted live ONLINE via Zoom, with special live classes and workshops announced in advance on our main page. You can register for any class at any time before it starts.
​
To view our class schedule, simply visit our Yoga Classes page. There, you'll find a calendar for the current month, listing all available classes along with their dates and times. Click on any class to view its description, date, and time, and then click the "Check the Event" button to register.
​
Once you've registered, you'll receive an email with the link to access the private Zoom meeting. Please note that the Zoom meeting will begin 3 minutes before the scheduled class time.

Our classes are available in two durations:
