Kundalini Reset
Returning to the Practice
Online Mini Retreat
“Everything in my life is changing. Where can I stand?”
“Notice what sees the change. That which observes coming and going does not move.
Abide there.”
It has taken us almost the whole year to come back to our Kundalini Reset, and I’m very happy to finally open this space again.
Life continues to move. Our days fill with experiences, responsibilities, changes, and new directions. In the middle of all this movement, it can be valuable to give ourselves enough time to step out of the usual rhythm and return to a quieter space within.
The Kundalini Reset was created precisely for this: an extended practice that gives us the chance to go deeper than in a regular class. With 2.5 hours together, we can create a mini home retreat—time to practice, breathe, meditate, rest, and allow space for insight and integration.
Through kriyas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, and the essential elements of Kundalini Yoga, we will explore the relationship between movement and stillness, energy and awareness—returning again and again to the presence that remains beneath the changing experiences of our lives.
Online | Sunday, September 27 | 10:00
Duration: 2.5 hours
Open to all levels
Free of charge (donations welcome, never mandatory)
Recording available after the retreat
After such a long pause, I’m very much looking forward to sharing this extended practice with you again—to retreat for a moment from the daily rhythm, deepen our practice, and simply give ourselves time to be.
Wishing you a beautiful day.
Sat Nam,
Oscar
