Being Present Kundalini Yoga — Clarity Through Awareness Sunday, July 19 • 11:00–12:30 Montez Kunstverein Frankfurt In a world that constantly competes for our attention, the ability to be fully present has become increasingly valuable. Constant activity, information, and external demands can gradually draw us away from ourselves and from the richness of direct experience. This Kundalini Yoga session explores how conscious movement, pranayama, and meditation can help us reconnect with the present moment, cultivating greater clarity, steadiness, and awareness. Rather than focusing on performance or achievement, the practice invites us to experience the quality of simply being present. Through rhythm, breath, and attentive observation, we create space for a more grounded relationship with ourselves, our bodies, and the world around us. Through rhythmic kriyas, guided pranayama, standing sequences, and meditation, the practice supports regulation of the nervous system, balanced breathing, and a harmonious flow of energy throughout the body. Rather than seeking intensity, the session explores how clarity naturally emerges when body, breath, and attention begin to move together. Dynamic movement alternates with moments of stillness, allowing awareness to deepen while the body integrates the effects of the practice. As the mind gradually settles, participants may experience greater presence, steadiness, and a clearer perception of both inner and outer experience. Breath, movement, and meditation become a foundation for balance, insight, and well-being. Yoga at Montez Kunstverein Frankfurt takes place within the inspiring atmosphere of contemporary art, where movement, breath, stillness, and creativity naturally meet. All levels are welcome.
