Returning to Center Kundalini Yoga — Practice for an Overstimulated World Saturday, June 28, 11:00–12:30 Montez Kunstverein Frankfurt Modern life continuously pulls attention outward. Constant stimulation, speed, and mental activity can gradually fragment our energy and disconnect us from a more grounded inner rhythm. This Kundalini Yoga session focuses on returning to centre through breath, movement, and awareness. Through rhythmic kriyas, guided pranayama, standing sequences, and meditation, the practice supports regulation of the nervous system, steadiness of attention, and a more balanced flow of energy throughout the body. Rather than seeking intensity, the session explores how clarity and vitality can emerge through presence, rhythm, and conscious practice. The class is dynamic yet stable — awakening circulation, activating the spine and breath, while cultivating inner quietness and continuity within movement. As the practice deepens, the mind may gradually settle, allowing space for clearer perception, groundedness, and a more integrated inner experience. Yoga at Montez Kunstverein Frankfurt takes place within the inspiring atmosphere of contemporary art, where movement, breath, stillness, and creativity naturally meet. All levels welcome.
